This policy describes how Clarity, developed by Vestek Apps ("Vestek," "we," "us"), handles information when you use the Clarity app.
What we collect
- Account information. Basic details you provide to create and manage your account, such as a name and email address.
- Session data. Attention and relaxation signals from your connected EEG headset during a session, along with session length and timestamps.
- Device information. Basic technical details, such as app version and operating system, used to keep Clarity working correctly.
How we use it
We use this information to run your sessions, show you your own practice history, and maintain and improve the app. Session data is used only to power the features you see in the app, such as your session history and in-session feedback.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share your session data or brainwave signals with advertisers, and we don't use this data to build advertising profiles.
Storage and security
Your data is stored using industry-standard security practices. Session data stays tied to your account and is not shared outside Vestek except where needed to operate the service (for example, cloud hosting) or where required by law.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.
Children's privacy
Clarity is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
